Theft:
If you haven’t bought a photo, you cannot share it on social media or any other platform. You’ll see a watermark on my photos, and it’s there to help protect my work from being stolen. Sharing or using photos without permission is called copyright infringement or image theft, which is illegal. It's crucial to respect these rules to support small businesses like mine.

Ownership & Copyright:
When you buy a photo from me, I still own the copyright. This means if you use that photo in a magazine, news article, or advertisement, you must mention that the copyright is owned by Millie Hanora Photography. It’s important because my work is my business, and I want to be credited for it.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting me! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

When you buy photos from Millie Hanora Photography, I may use them for advertising on social media, like Instagram and Facebook, or on my website (www.milliehanoraphotography.com). This helps me show my work to others who might want to hire me.
If you do not want your photos to be used this way, please write a note in the Seller Notes section during checkout. If you leave that section blank, it means you agree to let me use your photos.
I understand that feelings can change, so if you later decide you no longer want Millie Hanora Photography to use your photos, just send an email to mhanoraphotography@gmail.com. I will then remove your photos from all our social media platforms and stop using them for future advertising.
